MEMBERS ONLY: Intro to IRM Kitchen
Jenny, our 2020 certified, food-safe IRM member will present food safe practices specific to the IRM shared commercial kitchen and dish room.
Topics will include: 1. general organization (fire & safety, shelves), 2. work areas (use & cleaning), 3. dishwashing procedures (sinks, bleach testing), 4. food labeling (compliance, food storage), 5. community kitchen (etiquette).
Please wear closed toe shoes. This one hour class is not preparation for a food safe certificate but is preparation for success in IRM’s industrial kitchen.
